What is the difference between Starter and Free?
Everything in Free is in Starter too. Starter adds a bigger daily quota, CTA and video length filters, advertiser grouping, Google Sheets export and saved searches. The full table is below.
How many computers can I use?
On Starter you can use it on 1 computer at a time. Several computers and parallel tabs come with Pro.
What happens when I hit the limit?
Scanning stops; the cards already on screen stay. The limit renews every 6 hours and the panel shows how long to wait. If you don’t want to wait, you can move up a plan.
How do I cancel?
Cancel on the Manage subscription page on our site. It takes a minute and there are no extra steps. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your saved searches are not deleted; they stay stored and show up again when you return to Starter or higher.
Can I move to Pro later?
Yes. You can upgrade any time; billing periods and payment details are on the pricing page.
