1. Service
AdVantage Scope is a Chrome extension that enhances the public Facebook Ads Library experience. By installing or using the extension you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts & Plans
- One account is intended for one person and may not be shared. It may be used on as many computers at the same time as your plan includes (listed on the pricing page); concurrent use on more computers than your plan allows is not permitted.
- Scan limits are defined per plan (Free: 500 scans per 6-hour window / paid plans up to 25,000 scans per 6-hour window). Circumventing these limits by any technical means is prohibited.
- Free Pro trial. When we offer it, the trial gives you the 3-day Pro trial of the Pro plan, once per person, device and email address. It ends automatically after 3 days and your account returns to Free; it never turns into a paid plan on its own, and no payment details are asked for it. The offer may not be available at all times or to everyone, and we may withdraw it. Attempts to get a second trial (for example with another email address or by reinstalling) may be refused.
3. Prohibited Use ("Abuse")
The following are considered abuse and violate these terms:
- Exploiting bugs or technical loopholes to exceed scan limits or access paid features without payment
- Sharing one account across multiple people or devices
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or bans
- Automated/bot-driven usage beyond the extension's built-in scanning features
- Reverse engineering, tampering with, or redistributing the extension
4. Abuse Detection Data
To detect and prevent abuse, we record at sign-in: your IP address, a device identifier, and basic browser information (user agent). At checkout, our payment processor Lemon Squeezy also provides us your card brand and last 4 digits (never the full card number). This is disclosed in our Privacy Policy and used solely for security/abuse prevention, never for advertising.
5. Payments, Cancellation & Refunds
- Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. It sells the subscription to you and issues your invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time on the Manage Subscription page on our site. There are no extra steps or fees. Cancel at least 48 hours before renewal so you are not charged again.
- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Then your account moves to Free. Your saved searches are not deleted; on Free the latest 100 stay visible.
- We do not refund unused time. The service is a digital service delivered immediately. By starting to use it you agree to this and, where the law allows, you lose the statutory right of withdrawal (see Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms).
- In exceptional cases we may ask Lemon Squeezy to issue a partial refund. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Lemon Squeezy and of us, case by case. Write to advantagescope@gmail.com and tell us what happened.
- Accounts banned for abuse are never eligible for refunds.
6. Disclaimer
AdVantage Scope is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. The extension reads only the publicly available Ads Library. The service is provided "as is"; features may change as the underlying Facebook pages change.

1. Hizmet
AdVantage Scope, herkese açık Facebook Reklam Kütüphanesi deneyimini geliştiren bir Chrome eklentisidir. Eklentiyi kurarak veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
2. Hesaplar ve Planlar
- Bir hesap tek kişi içindir ve paylaşılamaz. Aynı anda planınızın kapsadığı sayıda bilgisayarda kullanılabilir (sayılar fiyat sayfasında yer alır); planın izin verdiğinden fazla bilgisayarda eşzamanlı kullanım yasaktır.
- Tarama limitleri plan bazlıdır (Ücretsiz: 6 saatlik pencerede 500 tarama / ücretli planlarda 6 saatlik pencerede 25.000 taramaya kadar). Bu limitleri herhangi bir teknik yöntemle aşmak yasaktır.
- Ücretsiz Pro denemesi. Sunduğumuz zaman, deneme Pro paketini 3 günlük Pro denemesi olarak kişi, cihaz ve e-posta başına bir kez verir. 3 gün sonunda kendiliğinden biter ve hesabınız Ücretsiz pakete döner; kendi kendine ücretli pakete dönüşmez ve bunun için ödeme bilgisi istenmez. Teklif her zaman sunulmayabilir veya herkese açık olmayabilir, geri çekebiliriz. İkinci deneme almaya çalışmak (örneğin başka e-posta ile ya da yeniden kurarak) reddedilebilir.
3. Yasak Kullanım ("Kötüye Kullanım")
Aşağıdakiler kötüye kullanım sayılır ve bu şartların ihlalidir:
- Hata veya teknik açıklardan yararlanarak tarama limitini aşmak ya da ödeme yapmadan ücretli özelliklere erişmek
- Tek hesabı birden fazla kişi veya cihazla paylaşmak
- Limitleri veya banları aşmak için çoklu hesap açmak
- Eklentinin yerleşik tarama özellikleri dışında bot/otomasyon kullanımı
- Eklentiyi tersine mühendislikle çözmek, değiştirmek veya yeniden dağıtmak
4. Kötüye Kullanım Tespit Verileri
Kötüye kullanımı tespit etmek ve önlemek için girişte IP adresiniz, bir cihaz kimliği ve temel tarayıcı bilgisi (user agent) kaydedilir. Ödeme sırasında ödeme sağlayıcımız Lemon Squeezy tarafından bize kart markanız ve son 4 hanesi de iletilir (tam kart numarası asla değil). Bu, Gizlilik Politikamızda beyan edilmiştir ve yalnızca güvenlik/kötüye kullanım önleme amacıyla kullanılır, asla reklam için kullanılmaz.
5. Ödemeler, İptal ve İadeler
- Ödemeler, satıcımız (Merchant of Record) Lemon Squeezy tarafından işlenir. Aboneliği size o satar ve faturayı o keser. Abonelikler siz iptal edene kadar otomatik yenilenir.
- İstediğiniz zaman sitemizdeki Aboneliği Yönet sayfasından iptal edebilirsiniz. Ek adım ya da ücret yoktur. Yeniden ücretlendirilmemek için yenilemeden en az 48 saat önce iptal edin.
- İptalden sonra ödediğiniz dönemin sonuna kadar erişiminiz sürer. Sonra hesabınız Free'ye döner. Kayıtlı aramalarınız silinmez; Free'de son 100'ü görünür.
- Kullanılmayan süre için iade yapmıyoruz. Hizmet, anında sunulan bir dijital hizmettir. Kullanmaya başlayarak bunu kabul edersiniz ve yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde cayma hakkınız sona erer (bkz. Lemon Squeezy Alıcı Şartları; Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği md.15).
- İstisnai durumlarda Lemon Squeezy'den kısmi iade isteyebiliriz. İade, Lemon Squeezy'nin ve bizim takdirimizdedir; her durum ayrı değerlendirilir. Ne olduğunu advantagescope@gmail.com adresine yazın.
- Kötüye kullanım nedeniyle banlanan hesaplara hiçbir koşulda iade yapılmaz.
6. Sorumluluk Reddi
AdVantage Scope, Meta Platforms, Inc. ile bağlantılı değildir. Eklenti yalnızca herkese açık Reklam Kütüphanesi'ni okur. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; Facebook sayfaları değiştikçe özellikler değişebilir.
