Delete your account
Your account and the data tied to it are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your saved searches, scan counter and plan record
- Your usage statistics, error logs and any feedback you sent
- Your subscription is cancelled — automatically, before deletion
Kept
- Payment records (webhookLogs) — your email and personal fields are erased; only the amount and date remain as a financial record
- Abuse records (bans) — if deleted, a block would reset with every new account
- Bonus records (bonusClaims) — these carry no identity, only an irreversible digest
You have an active subscription. Deleting your account also cancels it — it stays valid until the end of the period you paid for, then does not renew. If you only want to end the subscription, you do not need to delete your account.
