AdVantage Scope — Terms of Use

1. Service

AdVantage Scope is a Chrome extension that enhances the public Facebook Ads Library experience. By installing or using the extension you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & Plans

One account is intended for one person on one device at a time. Multi-device concurrent use of a single account is not permitted.
Scan limits are defined per plan (Free: 500 per 6-hour window / paid plans up to 25,000 per 3-hour window). Circumventing these limits by any technical means is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Use ("Abuse")

The following are considered abuse and violate these terms:

Exploiting bugs or technical loopholes to exceed scan limits or access paid features without payment
Sharing one account across multiple people or devices
Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits or bans
Automated/bot-driven usage beyond the extension's built-in scanning features
Reverse engineering, tampering with, or redistributing the extension

Enforcement & No Refund: Abuse results in a permanent ban of the account and its associated identifiers (email, IP address, device identifier, and payment card brand/last-4). No refunds are issued for banned accounts. A banned payment card cannot be used to open or pay for a new account — any such attempt is automatically blocked and the new account is banned as well. Bans may be appealed at advantagescope@gmail.com.

4. Abuse Detection Data

To detect and prevent abuse, we record at sign-in: your IP address, a device identifier, and basic browser information (user agent). At checkout, our payment processor Lemon Squeezy also provides us your card brand and last 4 digits (never the full card number). This is disclosed in our Privacy Policy and used solely for security/abuse prevention, never for advertising.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial — you can cancel during the trial at no charge.
After the trial, refund requests are evaluated individually within 14 days of the first charge, provided usage is low: if you have consumed two or more full scan-limit windows within the paid period (e.g. 5,000+ scans on Starter), the service is considered substantially used and no refund is issued.
Accounts banned for abuse are never eligible for refunds.

AdVantage Scope is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. The extension reads only the publicly available Ads Library. The service is provided "as is"; features may change as the underlying Facebook pages change.

AdVantage Scope — Kullanım Şartları

1. Hizmet

AdVantage Scope, herkese açık Facebook Reklam Kütüphanesi deneyimini geliştiren bir Chrome eklentisidir. Eklentiyi kurarak veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Hesaplar ve Planlar

Bir hesap, aynı anda tek kişi ve tek cihaz içindir. Tek hesabın birden fazla cihazda eşzamanlı kullanımı yasaktır.
Tarama limitleri plan bazlıdır (Ücretsiz: 6 saatlik pencerede 500 / ücretli planlarda 3 saatlik pencerede 25.000'e kadar). Bu limitleri herhangi bir teknik yöntemle aşmak yasaktır.

3. Yasak Kullanım ("Kötüye Kullanım")

Aşağıdakiler kötüye kullanım sayılır ve bu şartların ihlalidir:

Hata veya teknik açıklardan yararlanarak tarama limitini aşmak ya da ödeme yapmadan ücretli özelliklere erişmek
Tek hesabı birden fazla kişi veya cihazla paylaşmak
Limitleri veya banları aşmak için çoklu hesap açmak
Eklentinin yerleşik tarama özellikleri dışında bot/otomasyon kullanımı
Eklentiyi tersine mühendislikle çözmek, değiştirmek veya yeniden dağıtmak

Yaptırım ve İade Yok: Kötüye kullanım, hesabın ve bağlı kimliklerin (e-posta, IP adresi, cihaz kimliği ve ödeme kartı markası/son 4 hanesi) kalıcı olarak banlanmasıyla sonuçlanır. Banlanan hesaplara para iadesi yapılmaz. Banlanan bir ödeme kartı yeni bir hesap açmak veya ödeme yapmak için kullanılamaz — böyle bir deneme otomatik olarak engellenir ve yeni hesap da banlanır. 4. Kötüye Kullanım Tespit Verileri

Kötüye kullanımı tespit etmek ve önlemek için girişte IP adresiniz, bir cihaz kimliği ve temel tarayıcı bilgisi (user agent) kaydedilir. Ödeme sırasında ödeme sağlayıcımız Lemon Squeezy tarafından bize kart markanız ve son 4 hanesi de iletilir (tam kart numarası asla değil). Bu, Gizlilik Politikamızda beyan edilmiştir ve yalnızca güvenlik/kötüye kullanım önleme amacıyla kullanılır, asla reklam için kullanılmaz.

5. Ödemeler ve İadeler

Ödemeler Lemon Squeezy tarafından işlenir. Abonelikler iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenir.
İstediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz; erişim ödenen dönem sonuna kadar devam eder.
Yeni aboneliklerde 14 gün ücretsiz deneme vardır — deneme süresinde iptal edersen ücret alınmaz.
Deneme sonrası iade talepleri, ilk ödemeden itibaren 14 gün içinde ve yalnızca düşük kullanımda değerlendirilir: ödeme döneminde iki veya daha fazla tam tarama limiti penceresi tüketilmişse (örn. Starter'da 5.000+ tarama) hizmet önemli ölçüde kullanılmış sayılır ve iade yapılmaz.
Kötüye kullanım nedeniyle banlanan hesaplara hiçbir koşulda iade yapılmaz.

6. Sorumluluk Reddi

AdVantage Scope, Meta Platforms, Inc. ile bağlantılı değildir. Eklenti yalnızca herkese açık Reklam Kütüphanesi'ni okur. Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; Facebook sayfaları değiştikçe özellikler değişebilir.
